my quiet time verse of the day on monday.. i c my duty roster for work i feel stressed... i have to change shift cuz i wanna go to church on sunday, n i have already signed up for the women's day out on saturday.. i have changed my shift again to friday night.. i'm gonna miss kwek's performance, but i realli dun dare to ask for a change again.. the boss is realli scary..

i'm supposed to be independent tmr onwards.. still have fear tt i cannot cope.. need prayer!

Be Angry, and do not sin.
Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still.

i happen to think of this verse while chatting with ian (frm my sch) he was angry abt something, n was using strong words against a person who did him wrong.. so i told him, be angry but do not sin.
anyway, reflecting on myself, many times i have been angry, n tempted to sin.. so hope i can always remember this verse whenever i feel angry n tempted to sin.

rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say rejoice!
